Former Northern Ireland international goalkeeper Michael Ingham was born in Preston on 9th July 1980.
The 6'4" shot-stopper was a virtual ever-present in the York side after joining the club from Hereford United in the summer of 2008.
He also had earlier loan spells at Carlisle United, Darlington and Doncaster Rovers before moving onto Wrexham.
After originally beginning his career with Northern Irish side Cliftonville, Ingham went on to gain three full international caps - the first against Germany in 2005 - whilst with his first English club, Sunderland.
He also had a previous loan spell at Bootham Crescent when making seventeen appearances following the departure of another top Irish keeper, Alan Fettis, to Hull City six years ago.
