Substitute Jamal Fyfield rescued an unlikely looking point for York City in added time following a second successive draw with Mansfield Town at Bootham Crescent.
The Minstermen had earlier trailed 2-0 with only eighteen minutes remaining after goals from Matt Green and substitute Amal Verma appeared to leave the visitors in total command.
But Matty Blair [far right] soon offered them renewed hope with his eighth goal of the campaign before Fyfield lobbed in during injury-time to keep the hosts still in a play-off position.
York lost the services of defender David McGurk during the first-half and were already trailing to Green's fourteenth-minute opener after turning in Kieron Freeman's inviting cross from the left.
Mansfield keeper Alan Marriott denied Liam Henderson from Blair's cross in reply and James Meredith sliced wide from a decent position as the struggling home side were still in arrears at the break.
But they continued to improve into the second period and Marriott held an early Patrick McLaughlin effort and also tipped over from Ashley Chambers, while Daniel Parslow headed an Andre Boucaud free-kick wide.
Substitute Jamie Reed should then have done better following good work from fellow replacement Danny Pilkington before Verma crashed the visitors further ahead when finding the top corner after an excellent touch from the impressive Green.
However, York were suddenly back in it as Blair bundled in Meredith's cross at the far post and Marriott then blocked with his legs from Reed before Fyfield snatched a dramatic equaliser after Parslow headed back a late Pilkington free-kick.
